Thanks, Frank! Enjoyed the first few cuts but on my browser only 9:45 of the podcast loads...maybe it's a problem on my end. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteIt's fixed. Damned computers (in general). You think you can count on 'em to fulfill tasks: they don't! But the whole show's successfully uploaded for your (and everyone's) enjoyment!
DeleteThanks for the fix, Frank! I especially enjoyed tracks 1, 13, and 16. And love the lazy double snare hits on "Street Beat"...reminds me of Bill Doggett and also "The Stroll." Nice!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome--and thanks for your feedback! I love the drumming on "Street Beat" too. That was one solid band!
DeleteWoefully behind on the bi-weekly podcasts. I made a CD of this one to listen to in the car. Love "Voodoo Doll," "Gonna Feed My Baby Poison" (How did this one ever get released?) and this much better version of "It's In His Kiss."
ReplyDeleteI'm honored to hear of people like you who enjoy the podcast while motoring. Thank you and I'm so glad you enjoyed this episode!
