NEW EPISODE! DOES ANYONE LISTEN TO THESE PODCASTS?
Am I wasting my time doing these podcasts? I hope somebody out there listens to them. If so, here's another episode! It's "all new"--no tracks heard previously on any incarnation of the Jukebox. A nice mix of wild rhythm and blues, rock 'n' roll, instrumentals, pop, garage, beat and soul from the golden age of the 45 rpm record.
If you listen and like, don't forget to say hey in the comments section! I'm not fishing for compliments: I just don't want to squander my effort doing these if they're going to a void of disinterest.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your posts on Facebook. I read your notes and click to hear the tune. I like that format bc if it's a keeper I then save it into a Dropbox folder. I do want to transition away from fb though, so maybe I'll give the podcast version a try. I might miss being able to easily keep the file, but maybe that's digital hoarding and I don't need to "own" an mp3 of every song I like.

Belated thanks for your feedback, Andy. I am hoping to get off FB eventually, and I will someday transition the daily posts to the blog...we shall see.
